We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven AVP Sales to lead and manage our real estate sales Revenue Growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, driving revenue growth, managing their own sales teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets across residential and/or commercial projects.
Lead, mentor, and manage their own team of sales managers, executives .
Generate and nurture leads through various sources including direct inquiries, and digital campaigns.
Work closely with the team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings to close high-value deals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Build relationships with corporate clients, and investors.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5 -10 years of experience in real estate sales, 2-3 years in Managing their own Teams
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Deep understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior.
