Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager Sales to lead and manage our real estate sales Revenue Growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, driving revenue growth, managing their own sales teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets across residential and/or commercial projects.

Lead, mentor, and manage their own team of sales managers, executives .

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve results.

Generate and nurture leads through various sources including direct inquiries, and digital campaigns.

Work closely with the team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.

Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings to close high-value deals.

Track and report on key sales metrics including funnel activity, conversions, and revenue performance.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Build relationships with corporate clients, and investors.

Provide market feedback to senior management to shape product offerings and pricing strategies.

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all sales transactions and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Candidates having their own Teams are highly Preferred

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5 -10 years of experience in real estate sales, 2-3 years in Managing their own Teams

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proven ability to lead teams and consistently achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Familiarity with digital sales tools.

Deep understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in launching and selling large-scale residential or commercial projects.

Exposure to primary (developer) sales.

Existing network of institutional buyers.
