About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales with existing Wind OEMs – scheduling, RFQs, costing, CRM, portfolio expansion.
  • Drive new business development – identify and convert new OEMs via networking, outreach, and exhibitions.
  • Lead product development initiatives to diversify offerings for current clients.
  • Represent the company at global wind energy exhibitions and build brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Wind Energy OEM sales.
  • International BD experience in Europe is mandatory.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fasteners or related components.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in multinational or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.
