Role & responsibilities Key Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to generate leads by cold calling. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and generate interest in our services. The candidate must have a basic understanding of real estate and the main aim of the candidate would be to generate new leads and bring in new Potential clients. Responsibilities Good communication skills Capable to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls Efficiently handle objections and good selling skills Cold call potential clients Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirement Persuade the customer to meet our sales managers Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information Handle customer queries through channels like Web, Newspaper etc. Handle existing customer and invite for site visit Able to handle sales over the call Co-ordinate with Site Managers for revisits Preferred candidate profile from Real Estate Industry Perks and benefits PF, Mediclaim, Luch and Evening Snacks
