Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture

   – Analyze client requirements, design scalable BPM-based solutions, develop ROM pricing, conduct process discovery workshops, and present POCs to validate feasibility.

2. Proposal & Bid Management

   – Lead RFP/RFI responses and proactive proposals, ensuring customized value propositions, ROI articulation, cost-benefit analysis, and compliance with regional insurance regulations (NAIC, HIPAA, Solvency II, GDPR, etc.).

3. Domain & Technical Expertise

   – Maintain deep knowledge of BPM tools (Appian, Pega, Camunda), automation platforms, and integration frameworks while staying updated on insurance industry trends, InsurTech innovations, and regulatory changes.

4. Client Engagement & Advisory

   – Conduct tailored workshops, demos, and presentations for diverse markets (US, EMEA, APAC), acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through digital transformation journeys.

5. Sales Enablement & Market Insights

   – Support sales teams with training, sales collateral, competitive intelligence, and insights into digital maturity, insurance trends, and emerging technologies to influence decision-making.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   – Work closely with internal teams across technology, delivery, and business functions to ensure solution alignment with client needs, operational efficiency, and strategic business goals.
