What We're Looking For:

• ✅ Minimum

  5 years of experience

  as an

  AVP Sales

  or similar senior sales leadership role, preferably in the US market.
• ✅ Proven success in managing large sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• ✅ Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
• ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ✅ Ability to perform under pressure and make quick, data-driven decisions.
