Job Description

15+ years of B2B marketing experience – experience and expertise in marketing IT services in the Unites States a must.
Lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team, with final oversight and accountability of all materials and activities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials including web copy, case studies, white papers, presentations, and proposals.
Oversee social media and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, generating relevant content and increasing company presence through expanded reach.
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
Oversee website content, ensuring it reflects the correct brand image, articulates our value proposition, reflects our current service offerings and is optimized for SEO.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Coordinate and execute webinars, events, and trade shows.
Lead demand generation programs to deliver qualified leads for the sales team.
Manage vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and external agencies as needed.
Stay current with IT industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
Experience managing a marketing team a must.
Clear and crisp communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy
Location: Bangalore
Hybrid Mode: 3 Days to office
