Assistant Vice President Marketing

As a seasoned B2B marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team to ensure the successful marketing of IT services in the United States. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and providing final oversight for all marketing materials and activities to ensure alignment with business goals. - Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to meet the company's objectives. - Supervising the creation of various marketing materials such as web copy, case studies, white papers, presentations, and proposals. - Managing social media and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance the company's online presence and reach. - Collaborating with sales leadership to synchronize marketing efforts with sales targets. - Ensuring the website content accurately reflects the brand image, value proposition, service offerings, and is optimized for SEO. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics and ROI. - Coordinating and organizing webinars, events, and trade shows. - Driving demand generation initiatives to generate qualified leads for the sales team. - Managing vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and external agencies as required. - Keeping abreast of IT industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies. Additionally, the company is located in Bangalore and offers a hybrid work mode with 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing marketing teams, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy.
