About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation (Trust & Safety) to lead business transformation initiatives within the Trust & Safety domain. The role focuses on leveraging technology, analytics, and Six Sigma principles to drive large-scale global transformations in areas such as content moderation, social media sales, and customer support. The successful candidate will work closely with operations leadership, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership at both the organization and client levels.

As an LDT leader, you will be responsible for identifying, coaching, and developing talent in Lean Digital Transformation (LDT), ensuring that the transformation agenda delivers value creation, productivity improvements, and systemic business changes. You will also oversee the execution of functional and vertical goals for LDT globally, driving collaboration and resource deployment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Align with operations leadership to design and implement the transformation agenda, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • AI & Digital Solutions: Partner with delivery teams to identify and deliver AI-driven projects, creating value through technology infusion and monetizing them via value-share or revenue assurance mechanisms.
  • Trust & Safety Ecosystem: Collaborate with service line experts to develop sustainable, long-term capabilities within the Trust & Safety ecosystem.
  • Productivity & Quality Improvement: Drive the successful incubation of new workflows and improvements to quality and productivity across operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure rigor in governance and transformation to achieve short-term operational improvements and long-term business value.
  • Accountability & Delivery: Take ownership of transformation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of client commitments.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and develop high-potential talent in Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) to build organizational capability and ensure long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in Trust & Safety or related domains, with a focus on digital transformation, process excellence, and analytics.
  • Leadership: Previous experience as a MBB (Master Black Belt) in leading transformation, solution design, or process consulting projects.
  • Global Exposure: Proven track record in delivering strategic projects involving AI, Gen AI, Automation, and Data Analytics.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive resolution and decisions with senior leadership.
  • Strategic Leadership: Strong ability in strategic thinking, relationship management, adaptability, and accountability for business outcomes.
  • Lean & Six Sigma Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading Lean projects or applying Six Sigma methodologies, with measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success in driving large-scale global transformations within the Trust & Safety domain.
  • Strong track record of driving digital transformation initiatives to create value for customers in Trust & Safety and related domains.
