Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghazipur for an Assistant Team Lead at ApnaKlub. The Assistant Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team activities, providing support to team members, and ensuring efficient operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments to achieve business objectives and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
• Experience in Retail Management or related field
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales forecasting
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in hyperlocal businesses is a plus
