Job Requirements:

Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client communication.

Attend client calls, provide process updates, and discuss performance metrics.

Oversee end-to-end process support activities including Bank statement analysis & due diligence

Work closely with clients to understand new requirements and share feedback with the team.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity, quality, and performance.

Track project progress and update management and clients regularly.

Document new procedures, updates, and best practices.

Perform audits on completed work to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Ensure compliance with client policies, process updates, and regulatory standards.

Implement quality improvement plans and reduce recurring errors.

Ensure that SLAs, TAT, and quality parameters are consistently met.

Handle escalations promptly and provide effective resolutions.

Smooth operator, able to mingle with supervisors and ensure delivery without any issues

Motivates and rewards team in accordance with company policy.

Identify gaps and recommend process optimization or automation.

Desired Skills*

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

36 years of experience in commercial lending, underwriting support, or financial operations.

Prior experience leading a team is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of commercial lending workflows and documentation.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with loan origination systems is a plus.
