Job Summary:

Tata 1mg is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Team Lead for Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure quality compliance, and manage a team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) and hold a valid Haryana Pharmacy License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) standards for all pharmaceutical products.

• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and company SOPs.

• Supervise, guide, and motivate warehouse staff; ensure proper team performance and productivity

• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels, and minimize discrepancies.

• Handle audits and documentation, and maintain hygiene & safety standards within the warehouse.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth and timely operations

• Manage shift operations and ensure targets/SLAs are met consistently.

• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have experience in quality assurance/quality control within warehouse or pharmaceutical operations.

• Mandatory: Valid Haryana Pharmacy License

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations (pharma/e-commerce preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in team handling.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Good understanding of warehouse safety, documentation, and compliance.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
