Assistant Store Manager

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of vending products (snacks, drinks, etc.)
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

2. Order Fulfillment

• Prepare product orders for vending route drivers or technicians.
• Coordinate product loading for daily routes based on inventory needs.
• Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch.

3. Warehouse Operations

• Organize warehouse layout for optimal flow and accessibility.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks if necessary.

4. Team Leadership

• Supervise warehouse staff and route preparation teams.
• Provide training on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor to meet operational needs.

5. Coordination with Other Departments

• Work with the route operations team to forecast stock needs.
• Communicate with procurement/purchasing for restocking.
• Liaise with customer service to address stock-related complaints or issues.

6. Technology and Reporting

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or vending-specific software.
• Track inventory levels, discrepancies, and generate regular reports.
• Analyze stock movement trends to support demand planning.

Additional Duties

• Ensure compliance with local food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle returns, damaged goods, and expired products appropriately.
• Assist in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvement strategies.

• Organizational Skills – to manage high volumes of SKUs and maintain efficiency.
• Leadership – ability to lead and motivate a warehouse team.
• Attention to Detail – especially with expiration dates and order accuracy.
• Tech-savviness – comfort with inventory software and possibly vending route software.
• Problem-solving – to handle unexpected issues like delivery delays or stock shortages.

Knowledge excel and google sheets and communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
