Assistant Store Manager

As a Business Development Manager, your role is crucial in developing business strategies to expand the customer pool, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability. You will play a key role in meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the sales staff. Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business strategies to raise the customer pool and expand store traffic - Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures - Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards - Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc. - Propose innovative ideas to increase market share - Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths - Address all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) - Set a shining example of good behavior and high performance Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices Please note that this is a full-time position with health insurance benefits provided.
