Assistant Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and effective functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting and achieving sales targets for the store and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue. - Performing daily accounting activities, such as reconciliations of daily transactions, and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing. - Monitoring and managing inventory and orders, while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock. - Streamlining and optimizing store processes for efficiency. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). - 3+ years of retail management experience. - Preferred experience in a kids retail store.
