Assistant Store Manager (3+ years in retail, Kozhikode)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
• Set and achieve sales targets for the store. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Perform daily accounting activities including reconciliations of daily transactions, manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
• Monitor and manage inventory and orders. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock.
• Streamline and optimize store processes for efficiency.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Preferred experience in kids retail store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
