Jobs Descriptions Summary : We are looking for candidates who have strong understanding, knowledge and experience in handling Ops Management in a Dark Store and are a proficient team player with good people management skills and expertise in inventory management. Key Responsibilities, 1. Manage day-to-day operations of physical store location 2. Oversee and supervise Associate's and other store staff to ensure adherence to company policies 3. Assist with procurement of necessary items, including restocking needs 4. Provide regular assistance to customers and provide troubleshooting expertise as needed, 5. Answer phone calls and respond to store-related emails and other communications, 6. Ensure physical location is properly maintained, including hiring and managing custodial staff, 7. Take ownership of store sales goals and provide expertise to help meet sales goals 8. Collaborate with management to create and implement sales projects,  9.  Up-keeping the Store, implementation & adhering of statement of purpose. 10. .Overseeing, monitoring and conducting 100% accurate in store operations such as billing, stock inwards, stock placement on the racks, picking items from the racks, packing items and making it ready for the delivery executives, managing wastage, dumping, etc. 11. . Safety & security of stock, infrastructure, properties and store premises. 12. .
