As an Assistant Store Manager at Wings Restro and Food Pvt. With 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food standards, upholding exceptional customer service, and effectively leading a team of dedicated employees. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and setting an example by providing outstanding customer service. Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management while also managing inventory, placing orders, and controlling costs efficiently. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers, promptly address customer complaints, and proactively identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve opening and closing the store as required, performing cashier duties, food preparation tasks, and other responsibilities during busy shifts.
