Job Description

About the Role: This will be a key role within the Flipkart Supply Chain, responsible for end-to-end store operations. The individual will independently manage a large team and ensure high customer NPS for all orders while maintaining the lowest cost of operation. Operating a store. * Ensuring lowest cost store operations with high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) rates. * Developing the last mile network and maintaining a healthy pipeline for recruitment. * Mapping the locality in terms of catchment and ensuring serviceability. * Having a keen eye on localization of the assortment. * Market Development activities and implementation of marketing campaigns. * Achieving High NPS from customers. * Ensuring in-stock availability. * Team development, training, and keeping attrition under required levels. * Optimizing store layout and implementing Kaizen principles to achieve best-in-class pick-to-dispatch (P2D) times. * Ability to maintain good relationships with external stakeholders impacting store operations. #To succeed in this role, you should have the following Key Skills: * Process optimization and operational efficiency. * Warehouse Expertise. * Last Mile delivery. * Customer engagement. * Inventory control. * Team leadership and employee development.
