Assistant Store Manager

• Inventory Management:
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for damage and accuracy, and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Record the receipt and issue of materials to maintain accurate stock levels and bin cards.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage stock levels and replenish items as needed, ordering new stock when necessary.
• Implement inventory control procedures and ensure proper labeling and tracking of items.
• Storage and Organization:
• Arrange and store materials, equipment, and supplies in designated locations according to weight, temperature, size, and safety precautions.
• Ensure the store or warehouse is kept neat, clean, and orderly.
• Optimize space utilization within the storage area.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Document all inventory movements accurately.
• Prepare reports on stock levels and discrepancies.
• Generate material received reports (MRR) and ensure proper completion of purchase order documentations
• Work with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,111.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
