Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
  • Guide customers in product selection (tiles, sanitaryware, allied products) based on their requirements, budget, and trends.
  • Handle key customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.

2. Showroom Operations

  • Monitor daily operations including product display, stock availability, and cleanliness of the showroom.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales, invoices, and customer records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

3. Team Supervision & Training

  • Assist in supervising the sales team, front desk staff, and support staff.
  • Train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Motivate and support the team in achieving individual and team sales targets.

4. Merchandising & Marketing

  • Ensure attractive and effective product display as per company guidelines.
  • Support in planning and executing showroom promotions, offers, and marketing activities.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
  • Coordinate with the head office for pricing, new product launches, and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in stock audits and inventory control.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 5-8 years of experience in retail/showroom sales, preferably in tiles, building materials, or interior-related products.
  • Strong knowledge of tiles, sanitaryware, and allied products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS/billing systems.
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
