· Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
· Attending prospective customers visiting showroom, understanding their requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
· Liaising with concerned persons to monitor the progress of existing orders.
· Maintain outstanding showroom condition and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
· Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent qualification.
· Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
· Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
