Role & responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.). Support audit processes by coordinating with internal and external auditors. Conduct variance analysis, reconcile accounts, and investigate discrepancies. Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. Monitor and report on the company's financial health, providing detailed reports to management. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting controls and procedures. Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Preferred candidate profile Pursuing CMA Final with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.

Cultivate strong relationships with new walk-in clients while maintaining existing client relationships. Responsible for showing the models displayed in the showroom, recommending products to customers by identifying their needs & requirements. Manage customers efficiently, resolve their product-related queries, and close sales at the showroom. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management. Preferred candidate profile MBA / PGDM in Marketing. Graduates with relevant industry experience may also be considered 1-3+ years of experience in Showroom Sales, preferably in the furniture industry
