Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve showroom sales target as agreed at the beginning of the year.
Maintain the standards of cleanliness of the showroom and the billing of counter sales at the showroom.
Maintain in-depth knowledge about the brands, materials, product features, and pricing.
Welcome walk-in customers at the showroom.
Ensure a seamless experience for customers visiting the showroom.
Cultivate strong relationships with new walk-in clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
Responsible for showing the models displayed in the showroom, recommending products to customers by identifying their needs & requirements.
Manage customers efficiently, resolve their product-related queries, and close sales at the showroom.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / PGDM in Marketing.
Graduates with relevant industry experience may also be considered
1-3+ years of experience in Showroom Sales, preferably in the furniture industry
