Job Description

Role Overview: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations to enhance overall engagement and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include monitoring guest relations, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring the implementation of company plans and procedures at the store. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, managing marketing activities, and promoting a performance-driven culture within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor guest relations and address customer complaints to ensure high-quality customer service - Implement company plans, policies, processes, and procedures at the store - Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the store, including sales floor, office, windows, and storage areas - Manage below-the-line marketing, administrative activities, and overall customer experience - Promote a performance-driven culture through monitoring team performance and providing feedback - Inform team members of upcoming special events and promotions and ensure necessary planning and preparation - Conduct inventory analysis to maintain optimal stock levels and visual merchandising standards - Observe safety and security procedures and report any misuse or theft of stock - Compare operational expenses and costs to identify losses and recommend ideas for increased profits - Support the store in tallying cash and stock, ensuring activities are carried out as per Standard Operating Procedures - Generate marketing MIS reports and analyze market trends, campaign-based expenses, and activities - Analyze call center reports to understand feedback and manage customer inquiries - Identify learning needs of the team and provide requirements to the Learning & Development team - Ensure completion of mandatory training programs for yourself and the team - Drive a performance-driven culture through monitoring team performance and providing feedback Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in store management or a related field - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising - Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports - Familiarity with standard operating procedures and safety protocols (Note: Any additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
