Showroom Manager/Sales

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Guide and coach the sales team to maximize performance. Develop and execute showroom sales strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates. Handle high-value customers and close complex sales when necessary. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor showroom staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Schedule shifts and manage daily staff operations. Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding and consistent customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Showroom Management: Ensure visual merchandising and displays are up to standard. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels. Oversee cleanliness, safety, and overall showroom presentation. Reporting & Administration: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Monitor expenses and manage budget allocations. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
