Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Service Manager located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Service Manager will oversee day-to-day service operations, manage and support service teams, ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery, monitor and analyze service metrics, and implement improvements as needed. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to resolve service-related issues and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
