Manage helpdesk ticketing for invoices, reimbursements, and project/vendor-related payments
Coordinate calendar management, meetings, and team events
Handle leave management, travel & visa requests, and foreign currency coordination
Support PO creation, budget tracker updates, and system data entries (NewGen, Excel, etc.)
Assist with credit card bill processing, reimbursement uploads, and payment follow-ups
Take ownership of trackers, documentation, and team communication
Graduate in any stream (preferably with exposure to IT/digital functions)
Strong MS Excel and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders
Strong communication and organizational skills
