Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Fashion & Lifestyle Exhibitions category. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for fashion, retail trends, and live events. You will be responsible for generating revenue by acquiring and retaining exhibitors and sponsors for our portfolio of fashion and lifestyle trade shows. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned exhibitions. Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities and secure exhibitors and sponsors from the fashion, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and accessories sectors. Account Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging brands. Attend relevant industry events to network and promote the exhibition portfolio. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and content teams to align sales efforts with overall event strategy. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM tools.
