Assistant Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of the team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  
• Provide coaching and training to team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in automobile sales, car sales, showroom sales, retail sales, B2C sales, or similar field.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
