The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales, establishing lasting customer relationships, and providing support to the sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Proven Sales Experience:** Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the genset or industrial sectors. - **Leadership Skills:** Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. - **Strategic Thinking:** Planning, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies. - **Client Relationship Management:** Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders. - **Excellent Command of Excel:** Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. - **Reading Habit:** Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new ideas through a strong reading habit. - **Active on Social Networks:** Engage on online social platforms to enhance brand awareness and networking opportunities. - **Sales Data Analysis:** Track and analyze sales data to ensure targets and objectives are met. - **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective collaboration and idea conveyance. - **Willingness to Travel:** Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and sales events. **Qualifications Required:** - **Educational Background:** B.Tech and MBA in Marketing preferred. - **Customer Service Skills:** Efficiently manage client queries and resolve issues. - **Problem-Solving Abilities:** Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions. - **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with the genset industry and its market trends. - **Team Coordination:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
