Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage our sales team, drive property sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (online, offline, brokers, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and closing of deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales (Zirakpur/Tricity market preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
