Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, preparing sales proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing sales deals. The role requires monitoring market trends, strategizing marketing and promotional activities, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Minimum of 6 month of sales experience in financial services or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
