Assistant Sales Manager

The core purpose of this role is to ensure timely sale of units in the allocated project. You will provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding price, delivery, and specifications of the unit/project. This will involve conducting site visits and responding to enquiries via calls and emails within the assigned timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with the back office, legal, and accounts department to facilitate documentation and ensure timely resolution of customer queries. A key aspect of this role will be maintaining and developing relationships with all prospects and existing customers to generate referrals and achieve sales targets. Daily updating of details on Sales Force software will be required to track progress and ensure efficient management of sales activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, self-motivated, and enthusiastic professional with a high level of integrity, energy, and enthusiasm. Success in this role will be measured by achieving customer delight and consistently meeting sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle objections effectively, will be crucial for success in this position.
