    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide coaching to enhance team performance and professional development.
  3. Client

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations and negotiations to secure contracts.
  4. Sales

    • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure goals are met.
