Assistant Sales Manager

Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, effectively communicating product features and benefits to generate sales leads. Input and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems and Google Sheets. Utilize Excel for report generation and analysis to provide insights into sales performance. Generate site visit opportunities through strategic telesales efforts and coordinate and schedule site visits with clients to showcase our product offerings. Conduct site visits directly with clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the offerings and addressing any queries or concerns to maximize sales potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Exhibit excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam. This role falls under the Retail & B2C Sales category within the Real Estate industry. The position is full-time and permanent, requiring 1-4 years of experience in Builders. The job location is in Kochi.
