Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Support: Assist the Sales Manager in leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

2. Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and understanding customer needs, providing technical information and prepares cost estimates.

4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform sales decisions.

5. Sales Team Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment and drive business results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering in a relevant field, such as business, sales, or marketing.

2. Minimum 5+ years of sales experience. of capital goods like compressor, vacuum pumps.

3. Strong negotiation & convincing skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

4. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
