As an Assistant Sales Manager for one of the clients in Bihar/Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in penetrating the business in the respective market and increasing sales. Your main objectives will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform as per the sales target given and achieve the general and specific turnover objectives. - Increase the customer base and provide sales and marketing support to fabricators. - Build a strategic network of fabricators/customers and promote the company and its products. - Ensure proper showroom display for partners and conduct market analysis with the assistance of the Marketing Department. - Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions and execute tasks related to market penetration. - Visit customers to support them with questions regarding the profine product range. - Create turnover, achieve sales volume and price targets, and schedule business calls and itineraries. - Develop sales strategies, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and generate project enquiries by meeting architects and builders. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma/BE/B.Tech/MBA - 3-4 years of working experience - Fluent in English & Hindi - Background in the Fenestration Industry with strong communication and negotiation skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data - Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets This role offers you the opportunity to work with a global producer of PVC profiles for windows and residential doors, as well as a renowned provider of shutter systems and PVC products.
