PROJECT MANAGER- EMS

As a Project Manager - EMS at Maier Vidorno Altios, you will be responsible for managing projects for one of our clients in India who is engaged in the manufacturing of Computers & Electronics. Your primary focus will be to liaise with contract manufacturers, develop project plans, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and oversee the execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to completion. Your main responsibilities will include aligning project goals and timelines with contract manufacturers, strategically planning and executing contract manufacturing sources, and proactively managing manufacturing execution to support high volume production. You will be expected to develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, as well as evaluate and select appropriate contract manufacturers based on capabilities, capacity, and cost. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. You should have at least 8 years of working experience and be fluent in English and Hindi. Additionally, having professional certifications such as PMP would be preferred. Your success in this position will depend on your proven experience in project management, particularly in contract manufacturing or related industries. You should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
