PROJECT MANAGER- EMS

As a Project Manager - EMS at Maier Vidorno Altios, you will be responsible for managing projects for one of our clients in India who are into manufacturing Computers & Electronics. Your role will involve liaising with contract manufacturers, strategic planning, managing manufacturing execution, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with contract manufacturers to align project goals and timelines. - Strategically plan and execute contract manufacturing sources. - Proactively manage contract manufacturing execution to support high volume manufacturing. - Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Evaluate and select appropriate contract manufacturers based on capabilities, capacity, and cost. - Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards. - Implement manufacturing processes that enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate supply chain ramp to volume, reduce cost, and closely monitor inventory levels. - Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and minimize project impact. - Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to completion. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management. - 8+ years of working experience. - Fluent in English & Hindi. - Proven experience in project management, preferably in contract manufacturing or related industries. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
