As a Project Manager - EMS at Maier Vidorno Altios, you will play a crucial role in managing projects for one of our clients in India who is involved in the manufacturing of Computers & Electronics. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with contract manufacturers to align project goals and timelines. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic & tactical planning execution for Contract Manufacturing sources. - Proactively manage contract manufacturing execution and planning to support high volume manufacturing. - Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Evaluate and select appropriate contract manufacturers based on capabilities, capacity, and cost. - Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards. - Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and minimize project impact. - Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to completion. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management. - 8+ years of working experience. - Fluent in English & Hindi. - Proven experience in project management, preferably in contract manufacturing or related industries. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
