Roles & Responsibilities

• Select and size products like screen baskets, nozzles, flat panels, laterals, DSMs, etc.
• Support customers and OEMs with process improvements and screening recommendations.
• Conduct technical presentations, proposal development, and price negotiations.
• Manage key projects: contract review, risk analysis, cost estimation, and delivery planning.
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a cooperative and professional work culture within and outside the team.
• Contribute to strategic planning and system/process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 10–12 years of sales experience in screening/filtration solutions across process industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Technical aptitude in mechanical systems and solid/liquid separation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel and support cross-regional teams.
