Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Delhi/NCR. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, assisting in sales strategy development, and overseeing the sales process. Other day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Sales Skills: Experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Marketing Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SMM/SMO, and digital PR
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce development, business portals, and customized web development
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Management Skills: Ability to oversee the sales process and coordinate with multiple departments
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience in the software or digital services industry is a plus
