*Job Summary:*
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Inverters, Batteries, and Solar channel sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, market intelligence, and relationship building. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the inverters, batteries, and solar market
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint distributors and dealers to expand our network
- Travel extensively (minimum 15-20 days/month) to meet customers, dealers, and distributors
- Provide market intelligence and sales performance reports to management
*Requirements:*
- 3+ years of sales experience in the inverters, batteries, and solar industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and team management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong market intelligence and competitive analysis skills
- Ability to travel extensively (minimum 15-20 days/month)
- Age should not be more than 35 years
