Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Indian residential and investment properties to Indian clients in Dubai and the GCC region.
• Could you handle incoming leads provided via CRM and lead generation platforms?
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Convert prospects into confirmed sales through effective presentations and negotiations.
• Assist in organizing property exhibitions, seminars, and client events.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the branch head or senior manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate/insurance sales or business development (Indian market preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Indian real estate trends and projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• CRM knowledge and mobile-based sales tools experience preferred.
