Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, building and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with the marketing team, and overseeing sales operations. The role also involves preparing sales reports, identifying market trends, and assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns.

• Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills

• Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
