Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Hapur. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales operations, assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong ability in sales operations, sales strategy development, and market research
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Experience in achieving sales targets and business growth
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or related industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Hapur
