Role Description:

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located on-site in thaltej, Ahmedabad. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and high service standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer service excellence, overseeing food and beverage operations, and maintaining a high level of communication with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Supervising and training staff, creating work schedules, and addressing employee performance.

Customer Service: Resolving customer complaints, ensuring positive dining experiences, and maintaining high service standards.

Operational Support: Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Food Safety and Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring proper food handling procedures.

Financial Management: May assist with attendance, tracking costs, and managing cash flow.

Marketing and Sales: Supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to sales growth.

Communication: Communicating effectively with staff, managers, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Experience in Hiring and Staff Management

Excellent Communication skills

Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations

Leadership and team management capabilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred

Eligible candidate: Candidate with 4-6 years of experience in Specialty restaurants as an Sr. Executive or Assistant Managerial role (Pan Asian preferred).
