Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee shift management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in hotel management or a related field (QSR/fast food/F&B).
Strong knowledge of IHM principles and practices preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record in managing shifts effectively and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
