Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
  
• Supervise staff members, including baristas, waiters, and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  
• Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in fast food or QSR industry (restaurant management).
  
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods (barista) and basic cooking techniques (fast food).
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
